Reboot : A Consumer Electronics Recycling Event

Saturday May 22, 2010

MacSpecialist is hosting “Reboot”, an annual consumer electronics recycling event. This event will take place Saturday, May 22nd from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at our store at 234 West Roosevelt Road in the Villa Oaks Shopping Center in Villa Park, Illinois.

All are welcome and encouraged to come out, donate and recycle their used computers and other consumer electronics equipment. MacSpecialist is providing this service to the public at no charge, unlike most other recycling events. Reboot visitors that drop off recyclables will receive a free promotional value card. These cards are redeemable at one of MacSpecialist’s two retail locations for prizes or an instant savings of $10-1000 off a purchase. Promotional value cards will only be provided to those that stop in at a MacSpecialist location on May 22, 2010. Value cards are valid until June 30, 2010.

Visitors will also be able to make a monetary donation to the Conservation Foundation of DuPage County and the National Resources Defense Council. In addition to visitor donations, a portion of the proceeds from the day’s event will be donated by
MacSpecialist.
